Cancellation Policy:

Weavekala has always prioritised customer satisfaction, with this view our cancellation policy is simple and convenient.
How do I cancel an order on www.katchklothing.com?
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • We will not take cancellation request once the product has been shipped.

Return Policy:

Product Quality issues:
In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to the customer, it must be communicated to Katch Klothing within 5 days upon the delivery of the product. For items lost in shipment, claims, if any, must be communicated not later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.

Broken products received:
In the case of fragile products like Mugs and Framed posters, all issues have to be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product. In order to raise a replacement request, send us pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.

Courier Returns:

Please courier, received product to Katch Klothing within 5 days for product exchange.

When we receive the returned shipment, it will be updated in your account and an update will be sent to you by email registered with us.

We click photos of the product giving you the actual picture of colour, design and quality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more.

Also, our products are truly handcrafted and hand made. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to them. Please also understand that, unlike chemical dyed and digitally printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but made in batches. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, the motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.

However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

Refund Policy:

Refund will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from INDIA

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
